Arrived after ordering online said it would be 20 minutes, walked into the shop and had zero interest from the staff working, took them a good couple of minutes to speak to us while we are stood in the middle of the shop as if we had just wrecked the place? Eventually they spoke to us and were looking around for our ticket that was still lying in the printer. We were told “will just be a minute “ the order hadnt even been started nevermind ready. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the shop and didnt even get an apology for the wait, or an apology for them missing the ticket. Not even a thank you for buying anything off them, customer service goes a long way and we felt like we were not wanted after spending £28 on treats!! An absolute disgrace. Crepe was tough and had been on for too long, will not be back.

We decided to try this again as the waffles were always good when we lived here. We ordered donuts and wow massive regret right away full of grease one bite and put in the bin. Complete disgusting. Milkshakes are great though but would give most desserts a miss 🤢

Brownies were cold and not enjoyable Milkshake was good though!
